Our staff are fully qualified professionals with a minimum Diploma or Degree in Remedial Massage or Myotherapy. Each staff member is also a member of a Professional Massage & Myotherapy Association. And are experienced in, and specialise in, Deep Tissue and Remedial Massage.
Specific staff specialise in the various modalities including
Remedial, Sports and Pregnancy massage.

30 Minutes
A massage or myotherapy session best for the returning client who needs an efficient session focused on previously addressed issues. This session will include cupping and dry needling.
30 mins - $75 Incl. GST
45 Minutes
An ideal myotherapy or remedial massage appointment for return clients or conditions on a small scale, including neck, shoulder, lower back or hip pain.
45 mins - $100 Incl. GST
60 Minutes
The ideal massage or myotherapy treatment for any pain or soreness. Whether extreme or mild pain, a 60 minute massage will provide relief of sore muscles, headaches, migraines, lower back pain, hip and shoulder conditions.

75 Minute Consultation
Our 75 minute appointment is essential. It begins with a full assessment of the body, which allows the therapist to gain a wider understanding of any issues at hand. Through this assessment, we can treat accordingly and inform you of a treatment plan that suits your needs.
This session will include a 15 minute assessment and 60 minute massage of your choice.

90 Minute
A great choice for anyone seeking a whole body massage. Our 90 minute option provides the best results for all conditions, particularly suitable for stress relief.
